• Abortion.  “Abortion is murder.  Therefore, if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, I would support limiting abortions to only those cases where the mother’s life is in danger.  In the meantime, I will support measures to make abortion rarer.”

 

• Gambling.  “I will oppose all attempts to expand gambling in Virginia.”

 

• Guns.  “According to the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, ‘the right to keep and bear arms’ is an individual right.  I will oppose all new restrictions on gun ownership and support the ability of law-abiding citizens to safely carry firearms in public.

 

• Immigration.  “I will never support giving those who enter our country illegally privileges such as obtaining a driver’s license or paying in-state tuition at our institutions of higher learning.”

 

• Marriage.  “I agree with the Virginia State Constitution which defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman.  Also, any Attorney General who refuses to defend the Virginia State Constitution in this matter should be impeached.”

 

• Parental Rights.  “Except in cases of criminal abuse or neglect, parents (not the government) should have the final say in how their children are raised.  This right extends to the areas of discipline and education.”
